We gave them necessary guidance and explained to them their rights as per Vishakha Guidelines etc. 1 Victim was a Expat, who was being tricked by her Host Company into an eye wash POSH Committee, we stepped in got her to force an independent NGO representative on the Committee and got her justice. 1 case is being featured by CNN
  • #1 case of Promotion being stopped in a PSU. We advised the 3 impacted employees on how to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal
  • #1 case of Harassment at work-place we were appointed by the Company as an arbitrator
  • #1 case of Harassment, giving legal guidance to the employee
  • #Setting up a “WeCare Committee” for a MNC to help manage homophobia and to create a friendly environment for LGBTQIA employees
